Sharp Stabbing Pain on Side Next to Breast Under armpit

I'm worried. I only had 2 episodes today about 30mins apart. Sharp pain that has scared me now. Only thing I can remember doing is waking up and I was laying with my arm above my head and when I moved it, it was so stiff I said to myself "this arm is gonna give me he'll today" but not sure if keeping my arm in this position for a few hours could cause this stabbing pain.. of course it's on my left side so I'm super worried. Any one else experience this. ??

the arm over the head for a while is just that, it will cause an uneasy feeling in the arm. stiffness in the muscles and poor blood flow. that is normal. an extreme version of arm falling asleep. the the other pain could very well stem from that also. if not then i would consider the trapped air.just my thought love.
