No Sleep is making me crazy- nothing is working :(

I've been on a month long not sleeping great cycle. My pdoc rx'ed Ambien, Ambien CR, and Lunesta. Ambien only gives me about 4 hours. Tried lunesta for the first time last night and it did nothing. I feel like I am losing it. What else is there? I am also on Lexapro 10 mg in the mornings. I am going to call my pdoc first thing tomorrow. I've been crying for days and my family is really worried about me. What gives?

Call your doc first thing in the morning, but also try to relax.

I also have weeks/days when I can't sleep properly, but I can't do something else, but try to relax. It might help, it might not. Good luck to you and let us know what happens.

Not sure how you fell about mirtazapine but this drug is wonderful for sleep. Peace and good luck
