Im sick and tired of feeling like I have no friends :( I think if more of my friends understood it would be easier. But I can really only trust the ones who do. And that's not very many!!!

Anyone else have this issue?

Yes. It is made more difficult by the fact that I walk into a room and assume everyone hates me. I don't really have any friends at all

I know exactly how you feel :( I can count my friends on one hand. I see other girls my age who have tonnes of friends! I dunno... I think one of my main issues is that I'm not content on my own :( I always need to be talking to people or something. I can't just be in my own presence. Wish there was something I could do to change this!!

For me there was. I started a comedy group in my town and it helps me to meet people and work on my social skills.

I need to find a way of meeting new people but really just don't see myself making friends from gym or yoga or anything! I need friends my own age :(

You need to get yourself out there somehow. How about doing a course or something for fun and to meet new people?

Yes! Me! Oh it feels so good to know someone knows exactly how I feel. At the same time, it really sucks for all of us. :|

I've lost most of my friends due to my anxiety and agrophobia . My friends decided as I didn't want to go out that I wasn't worth asking again. It's been hard and I've had to accept this. But I keep thinking your real friends are those that accept you for who you are and help you through the dark times.

It's comforting to know that I am not alone in this as there are people here that will talk to me and help me.
