So I wanted to ask u guys first as I'm losing sleep over this. Bassically my friend cheated on his girlfriend with his girlfriends best friend. I want to tell the girl as her friends are all hiding it from her. I don't want to get involved with my anxiety and depression but this girl needs help. How can I tell her without anyone knowing I told her. I can't deal with the aggro that comes with telling her from her boyfriend so I'm trying to think of a way to contact her without them knowing it was me

Set up a new email address and email her from it. I guess that's one way to remain anonymous. Then a day or 2 later delete the email address and that way it's all done.

Telling anyone they're being cheated on is a highly emotional time so even sending an email will cause some stress and anxiety. But know that you've done the right thing.
