Today I had a amazing day. No anxiety. But as night comes and sunset falls, I become a monster.. I ate lunch at 12pm and snacked a little. My sugar was bot low but barely ate at 10pm and I was irritable, panicky and just had that bad feeling... on top of that in due for my cycle tonight or am. I'd this common. ? My sugar was 145 so I know that I was fine there?

when u have an ass ( ME ) causing you to get irritated. i would say that may help get you there some or a lot. blame me for stirring you up.
