Help Me Figure This Out

Hello Again Anxious Friends-

So my psych has me on 10mg lexapro daily. She also wrote me ambien for nighttime as well as Ambien CR when I'm ready to try that. After telling her I'm still anxious she wrote me ativan .5 as needed.

My question is ... can I take all of these in one day? So I wake up and take my 10mg of lexapro, then maybe take an ativan around lunch and then the ambien at 10pm? I'm being safe by staggering them, right? I get so worried about interactions.

Can you all help me feel better about this?

Yeah, I've done that before :)

Well, with Citalopram, rather than Lexapro, but, they're more or less the same drug!

ok thanks- i think i will give it a try today. my anxiety has been in overload lately and I am thinking an ativan around lunch time will help and still allow me to take a sleeping pill around 10pm.

It should do yeah, that is it's job so hopefully!

A lunch time benzo can be good for sleep, sometimes that slightly sedated, relaxed feeling can carry over until night time.
