Whats going on with me

I have been feeling like I'm losing my memory and I get a pain pressure feeling in my head idk if it's from the pinched nerve I have or what buts it's annoying I constantly stare in a daze all the time back to back at times

How would you rate your anxiety from 1-10 this passed week Justine?

I would say 8 but ever since having a pinched nerve i constantly lose memory of lil things an it scares me I look up on google ad it says Alzheimer's and I get even more scared that I may have it and it's weird that even when looking at tv I still feel as if I'm in a daze than when I am in a daze it's back to back constantly
