hey i've been worrying about a few things so i think i'll share them with you all:) i;m in a band and i play the guitar and well ofcourse to play guitar u need your hands and fingers and eyes. well i got to thinking omg what's gonna happen if my eye's somehow get poked out or omg what if somehow my fingers or hands get cut off:(. i just cant stop worrying about this:( help?

That's interesting, last week I was worrying about losing my sight and my hearing. These are completely illogical fears. I was worrying obsessively about going blind and deaf until I found a way to think about something else. Now that I haven't been worrying about this, looking back on it I feel silly about it. Just try to realize that your fears are unwarranted and unrealistic and try to think about something else that doesn't make you worry.
