Chest burning??

Hi,does anyone get a burning feeling in their chest??mine feels like it is on fire and I keep getting sharp pains in the left side of my rib,I am starting to worry now.

It sounds like heartburn/acid reflux… take some rennie or gaviskon!!

Yep, I get it all the time. I always just let it take it's course. I didn't know it was acid reflux. Ido have stomach issues, so that makes sense :p

I get it more in my throat. What helps is peppermint tea or gum. Over the counters work well too but I think a natural tea is better than a load of chemicals. Of course both are safe for human consumption mind you :) Milk is good too. Also, if it is acid reflux or happens regularly there's a lot of alkaline foods which can be helpful. The best one being watermelon.
