Has anyone ever had a sensitive face or head/scalp?

Definitely! It comes and goes but face often feels sensitive (particularly on one side)..Its not sinus pressure so I really have no clue. Very frustrating as it gets my health anxiety going. What are your symptoms like?

Yes, don't know why it does it.. Sometimes with me it's just one side (either left or right, never both at the same time) of my face/scalp is sensitive, like the nerves are all messed up and sensitive, especially around the temples--if that makes sense.. I don't get concerned about it and it does go away. Hopefully it will go away soon for you as well :)
