Beta blockers, is it all in my head?

The medication I take has some beta blockers in it, it's a blood pressure med. Anyway, I forgot to take it yesterday, and when I woke up, I felt in a better mood.. The next day, I took it again as usual, and I felt in an anxious mood again. Perhaps it's all in my head, but I swear, I've had less energy and felt more depressed since taking that new med in October.

On the other hand, it does in fact, do it's job and does lower my bp.

The beta blockers do get to certain level in blood, this is why you should keep taking it once a day, at the same time.... We imagine a lot of things, trying to fight anxiety:)

True, true, not taking it was an accident yesterday..but I was in a good mood that day (so rare for me lately), couldn't help but wonder if they were related..

I do not think so, I am on it for over 7 years...
