Up and down

One minute I have no hope and hate it and the next minute I am so hopeful and excited for feeling better and hopefully get out and socialize.. Anyone else up and down?

Lexiii, I am up and down like a yo-yo! It can come out of nowhere throughout my day almost every day.

Is it bc if anxiety or the medication? One minute I'm like life's good! Next minute I'm anxious fighting an attack and depressed ! I don't get it ?? I just want to be happy
