Is sleeping 10hours way too much for a adult??? I feel kind of groggy all day when I sleep to much. Is it connected??

Are you expecting? For expected mothers the first tremester is more than normal to sleep ten to tvelfe hours:)
If you are not, look at the sleep apnea....Maybe it is just temporary.....
years ago I had a friend shared the same appartement, every time she was upset she slept like ten hours, then got up and her heart was mended:)

I would regularly sleep 10 hours before I changed meds a month ago. Now it's like 4/5 hours :( I'm on half a tank all the time now.
No good Frankie, you need your 8 hours beauty sleep, sweetheart:)

Whilst she isn't getting as much beauty sleep, gives the rest of us chance to catch up! :) hehe

you have got your anxiety at bay. you are simply resting better. but would try to get a pattern down of at least 6-8 hours.
