Wish me luck for my interview😱

Hello everybody well today is the day for my interview, in 1 hr it is my interview but when u have started with anxiety it makes u worse so i can feel the nerves starting now,i would love to be that person who can walk in interviews or speak in public ect.. And not get a racing heart just wish i was a calm person😭wish me luck everybody hope i can answer all the questions xx

well i want to get out of the hospital so i have got an interview for the community but it is less money and i get more benefits working for the hospital like 8 weeks a year holidays get paid when your off sick pension ect.. But if it stresses you out and you hate it i suppose your health is most important xx

Well i havnt been to bad but when situations like today i get anxious lol oh well things come to try us and i will be proud of myself for doing it because if i just didnt go because i was anxious i would be so upset,things come to try us,i will let u know how i get on hun fingers crossed xxxx

Very good outlook Fisher, and lots of luck.

Do whatever you're passionate doing, do what excites you. Anything less and of course you'll feel drained. I can see you right now giving that interview your best

shot. I use visualization when these come up. I literally practicing seeing myself doing the whole interview (or whatever) and acting according to how I prefer,

confident, happy, walking tall, chin up, and ready for whatever the answer is, knowing full well I will be just fine with or without it. Peace my friend

Hiya em and gene,i cant believe i was calm while sat there,it was 2 women doing the interview but i was friendly and bubbly they said and i talked alot before they interviewed me ha and there was alot of questions they asked me but i answered them all and looked confident and made them laugh and shook there hand when i left,its just now i feel abit anxious haha cant win,i get anxiety when there is no situation lol xx

Well success!!! Congrats with or without getting the job you took control by letting go and did your interview, "friendly and bubbly". Congratulations!

I mean this goes into your cellular memory dear, and more of these the better, it changes the brains chemistry. It's the little things as I was just telling my wife this

morning, it's the little things we all miss when they are gone. Like the neighbor waving as you pass by the smile on the clerks face, and the sweet child asking, daddy

how far until we get there? The way I see it from where I'm sitting (and I'm a mountain mind you, you're on top of your game truly.

I seen you being there being confident, and evidently you did too, if not then you do now.
