Bad Head Anxiety!! Nervous head tics

Anybody ever have such horrible anxiety that they feel like they can't stopping their head. Like you have to twist it all around? It makes it hard to stay straight and focused:/

Anybody ever have such horrible anxiety that they feel like they can't stopping their head. Like you have to twist it all around? It makes it hard to stay straight and focused:/

Anxiety can effect people is many different ways. I haven't experienced quite that but I've had the strangest feeling in my head before where I've felt like I needed to hold my head and I'd just cry. It almost felt like I was out of my body, strange I know.
