Hello just thought I would start this Page for
People to share books,apps etc that have helped with your anxiety depression intrusive thoughts and any other books you thought was helpful
I've got two new books and they Are
Self-help for your nerves by dr Claire weekes
And the imp of the mind for obsessive bad thoughts
I will let you all know how they are and if they help.
Please feel free to share what you have read or any relaxation apps that are useful

I like all the stuff you're posting on Facebook. I like reading the Claire Weeks quotes I see on your page. She was such a great lady. When people thought anxiety sufferers where just attention seekers, she was writing books, changing perceptions, helping people. And her books are still as good as it gets today.

For panic attacks I likes Anxiety and Phobia workbook/ linden method

For OCD - brain lock was pretty good.

Mindfulness in plain English is a good free book about meditation and mindfulness, and can be found by googling it.

Yoga Nidra has been amazing for helping me work a very stressful tiring job. I do it a couple of times a week or when I can't sleep.

Um, yeah, I guess those are the things I used. :)

Apps for relaxation I just play games lol. Sonic.
