This is one of my scariest symptoms. Do you ever feel faint/dizzy often, what helps it. I've had my sugar and bp and heart rate checked to many times to count. Any ideas ?

I always did

But just like the heart palpitations, I would get dizzy when I was breathing very shallow

Normal breathing would expedite it out of me

Aye, but it comes n goes. The mroe you stress and focus on it, the worse you're making it for yourself./ Keep busy, keep active and above all stay positive. Dizziness won't hurt you, it'll pass. It's not an underlying condition or illness - it's anxiety. Keep hydrated, busy and happy as you can.

If you have blonde hair, dye it black and the dizziness will stop completely.

Hi dear.

I suffered from dizziness a LOT. 24/7 for months sometimes!!!

It was always anxiety, and never went until that anxiety was under control. Thankfully therapy and my med at the time did that for me.

Nixon makes a great point about breathing.

Thank you all, it's just scary when the room starts moving in slow motion, I'm so afraid of passing out.

I get dizzy a bit. I rarely faint, but do occasionally. Whenever you start to feel faint make sure you are breathing!

I have low blood pressure and am tiny so it effects me a bit worse.

And try not to worry about fainting!! No one will think less of you, they can't see your anxiety. They'll just be happy you are ok and you can always pass it off as low blood sugar or something else if it does happen.

There's many different "possibilites" for dizziness,...one is WORRYING ALL THE TIME!!!.....and some others. :)
