You can get your nearst store. You can also get online. Online there is lots of pertunities to buy books.

I’d buy one from the ‘Overcoming’ series personally. You can find then on Amazon or at you local book store if you live in the UK.

In England, they’re probably the most recommended. They contain worksheets that you photocopy and also have very good descriptions of the techniques behind CBT in general.

They ‘re specific to your particular type of anxiety, whether it’s ‘general’ or stuff like ‘social anxiety and shyness’ also - so you should be able to find one appropriate to the type of problem you’re suffering from.
