How do you make your eggs? I try and eat more vegetables now, I add some avocado, tomato, cut up chives, loads of black pepper.

Not bad, not bad.

Did you know that Gordon Ramsey hires his staff based on how they make him some scrambled egg?

True, they can all the qualifications in the world but if they make his crap eggs, it's back to the coal mine with them..

I concur!

Every morning at 8:30am.

I don't do it on a regular basis but I quite like mushrooms in my scrambled eggs. Sometimes with chopped cherry or plum tomatoes too! :)

If I'm making omelette, I always put mushrooms in. When I'm making scrambled egg, I usually make it like above, put it on some toast, grill a tomato, and fry the mushrooms lightly in some garlic butter, and sprinkle with sea salt. So good, but no one kisses you after.

Kinda like a healthier fry up.

The other things I've been tempted to try is a Breakfast Burrito...

2 eggs, a sausage chopped up (have to fry it first), some onion & green pepper. Cook it all together & put in a corn tortilla.

^ Now that sounds good! But I use flour tortillas and make more of a huevos rancheros dish, with eggs and chorizo sausage smothered in beans and salsa.

My local supermarket has a small Polish section on one of the aisles!

There are definitely some Polish Hairdressers around. Probably other Polish shops too. It's quite common to hear Polish on the buses here...

Wow so you know Polish foods, they are very good for a cold weather and before some vodka on the rocks. I keep the taste of our foods, but I changed a lot. From the time we joined EU we are everywhere. Not everyone likes that. Here in Canada is such diversity of nation that i feel at home,

Frankie obviously when I visit you , I will have a place to get food for my hubby. I am more open for different foods as long as they are not too greasy:))

My scrambled eggs are fried on butter, I cut a half of sweet onion, chop it finely and fry it just a bit , when onions are shiny, I pour lightly bitten eggs into it. Salt and pepper. It is fluffy and yellow:)))

I did not touch the meat for over a year. Now I eat it and love the taste. Just shoot me....
Meat is the easiest way to get the protein. Did not try the kangaroo steak yet hehehe

My dad was a massive meat eater, couldn't eat a meal without meat, even breakfast he needed bacon, or to use animal fat to cook.

Recently he started to do 2 days a week full vegetarian eating. Said it makes him feel really good.

I went full vegan for a few months, I felt the best I ever felt, but it was too hard to do full time. Nice experience though, felt very cleansing.
