I have been trying to figure out if me being sleepy all the time is linked to my anxiety. I could sleep all day and still be sleepy. I have to take a little caffeine just to stay awake which makes my anxiety worse but I have no other choice since I have a job. I also have a constant pressure feeling in my head with disrealization. I have searched the forum but I couldn't find any posts of anyone else having this problem, so I was wondering if this is common in anxiety. I have been this way for four years now and been to tons of doctors. I was put on cymbalta for a year but all it did was make me sweat and have brain zaps.
