While scrolling through youtube comments, the curse that talks about people you love dying if you don't re-post came up. I'm afraid of death and especially of my loved ones. I re-posted but then deleted because I didn't want it to control my thoughts. I kept thinking and then re-posted on youtube again but I deleted it again. I can't stop thinking about losing my loved ones because of my mistake of seeing the message and posting then deleting it twice. I don't know what to do, but I can tell it's going to keep occupying my thoughts.
