For me it is a chilly feeling down the skin on my back, I feel weak and nauseas and disorientated then I start my negative thinking which leads to panic attack.

Anybody else?

I think I always fear someone is going to break in to the house or something will happen to my kids.

We have a dog, and he barks at everything, and we even have those top locks at the very top of the door. I wake at 4am and just look outside, and my brain just plays tricks on me. The past several nights I wake up after hearing a doorbell!

For me its when i feel a "jump" in my heartbeat. Or a chilling feeling in my chest. Like my heart stopped and everything gets cold.
I also get worried when i feel drunk in the middle of the day. I look at things, but dont respond. My head feels heavy, and i see spots in my sight.
