Temple headache?

Hi,just wondered if anyone else gets headache pain in their temples and,what causes it??The pain is driving me mad and I am thinking it is something bad,thanks.:-(

YES all the time!! I think its just a tension headache where you are anxious - consciously or subconsciously!! try a tiny bit of tiger balm on your temples and the back of your neck or any deep heat!! Hope you feel better soon
