Hi I am going out tonight with one if my mate to a restaurant that I haven't seen in a while.

I have a past of panic attacks and urination problems due to anxiaty.

I am thinking the worse allready n thinking of everything bad that can happen tonight.

I am preaty worked up. As I get shooting pains in my bladder sometines.

Does anyone have any advice to calm down n stop with negative thoughts no mater how my body feels

Well, no doubt the negativity is there and strong, but try to keep in mind how much better you will feel after you go out and do the thing that is making you uncomfortable. By you going out and doing this, you are standing up to your anxiety.

Does your mate know about your anxiety or anything? It will probably go easier if they are understanding.
