Hiya, I'm new to this, so I'm willing for all kinds of help :) I've been suffering from anxiety for 3 months and only recently have I been to the doctors to get things sorted out. Next week I'm going to see a therapist for a consultation, in the mean I'm trying to find out ways of calming the anxiety down but it been getting worse and worse (next week seems so far away). It's getting to the point where I'm constantly feeling anxious over nothing and becomes more heighten at night. Due to this I struggle to fall sleep as many of you know and I would like to know of any breathing techniques that might help?
