Sorry no idea how to spell it.

Does anybody on the board get dejavu? I get it and then I get freaked out cause I think its an omen that something bad is going to happen to me? Any advice?

Thanks guys.

When my anxiety first started I used to get Dejavu at least four or five times a day. I also had feelings that it was a premonition of something bad about to happen. I felt like for some reason I had had the exact experience before and it ended terribly. It doesn't happen anymore at all. It's probably just us putting way too much though into the sensation. Ignoring it as much as possible is probably the best solution.

Yeah I experience it weekly if not daily. It stops me cold when I experience it is very unnerving.

I read something a while ago about deja vu being caused by a brain misfire whereby one hemisphere receives information a fraction of a second before the other, hence the feeling that you have already seen/done something before. I wonder if this is related to what is going on in the brain during episodes of anxiety?
