Had a panic attack on Sunday night , I feel a little bit better today than u did on Monday . I plan on working out today , how many more days will me feeling nervous and anxious last ? Feels like I can control my body

Yea that I knew right away wat it was . All the other ones I had was from not getting sleep or having to much to drink I didn't know what it was at first. I know the symptoms now .
