New book about anxiety released today

Since I couldn't sleep, my Kindle edition arrived at 1 am or so (I had pre-ordered it), and I started reading it. It's very good, so far: My Age of Anxiety: Fear, Hope, Dread, and the Search for Peace of Mind, by Scott Stossel.
