I posted this the other day and it never showed up.

I have periodic anxiety and panic attacks and insomnia related to stress, anxiety.

I had a bad reaction to citalpram and got switched to Buspirone.

Can anyone tell me is there any sleep meds I can take that will not cause an interaction?

I di \d a web search and looks like a major interaction is with my sleep meds mirtazapine so obviously i will not take mirtazapine anymore

Oh I am sorry to hear about your trouble sleeping. You need to talk to your doc. Sometimes risk is minimal so the doc takes it and put you on meds. The best source is the doctor and psychiatrist. :) Welcome to the forum, the source of information and support of fellow anxious people:))

Exactly ^^^^^^^^....Buspirone is terrible for people that have (panic).... Please return to your Doc ASAP for an adjustment.

I think its my anxiety that leads into the panic attacks. I am not taking full dose for 15mg twice a day is too much so i am taking less and working up to it. I just started it so i can not tell if it works or not. The Emergancy Room doctor ( went to 2 ERs) all told me its anxiety. so we will see. My anxiety i think is greater than the panack attacks i feel anxious every day and my panaic attacks happen maybe once or twice a week.

I am having a hard time taking meds. I never been on medication in my life outside the periodic antibiotic once every few years. My body is trying to adjust to taking meds

I had such a bad bad reaction to citalopram I think she gave me the mildest medication possible to start with. But I am surprisingly feeling better

go to your nearest kentucky fried chicken. Pick us all up a bucket of wings, slaw, and some mash taters. Then, click on the empty box and it will say from library or camera etc and you choose and it uploads. That is from ipad because dumbass e-man uses a giant dell desktop with 40" plasma screen in order to see what he's typing,.. .not sure is it the same brain and or laptop etc as we all do, he's abit odd.... Good luck

wtf?........
