Hi all!

I am a 25 year old single mum in nz. Have had anxiety/depression for as long as I can remember . It has been particularly bad for a week or two and it really sucks. Have been on stable medication for a long time. Trying to remember all my therapy but it isn't helping :(

Thank you :) when you feel awful it is so hard to remember there are others out there suffering with it too.

Yes it is,..there are generally 3 dozen or so of us on here at one time too...all different types of issues to deal with. You're not alone, that's for sure....:)

Yess it so much easier knowing you are not the only one out there with it. & talking with others that go through it helps you cope they understand it.

The symptoms thread and some other stickied threads help put my mind at ease when i first joined. This community really is wonderful and the bigger it gets, the better. We are all here for one another.
