So 2 days ago I almost fainted at work, I thought was due to the heat.. It was a 41 degree day.. Yesterday I wasn't feeling too crash hot but I was ok and today I woke up fine.. Felt fine then about an hour into work I started to get shakey and light headed again.. The thing is, it's only happening at work, at first I thought ok I'm dehydrated, I drank a letre of water, then I thought ok maybe I'm hungry, I ate all my lunch.. Now I'm still the same.. Then I thought maybe it's my anxiety.. It Dosent make sense, I don't feel anxious what so ever, hell I love my job.. Could it be my anxiety or could something else be wrong? :(

I felt like that today felt real light headed and went to the bathroom because I have the fear of fainting .. But then my heart started racing and I felt warm and shaky. I think it's maybe stress related and triggered my anxiety

Yes, it's anxiety! Anxiety don't just come when you feeling bad. Anxiety and panic attacks can come at the oddest times rather you having fun, at work and feeling fine! That's usually when it sneaks up on you when you comfortable and you feeling fine then BOOM anxiety symptoms come! That's one thing about anxiety it doesn't discriminate!

Have you had the standard blood test and stuff recently, just to rule out sugar issues and the like?

Yeah anxiety builds up over days. Stuff you've worried about a week ago. Builds up. Panic attack or anxiety symptoms out of the blue are the worse. Just remind yourself it's anxiety and you're fine! Passing out during a panic attack is very rare. That was always my worse fear. It never happened though.

Yer Jess I had blood taken a couple weeks ago. It's just odd to be anxiety.. I didn't feel anxious or anything.. No racing heart or anything.. It was exactly the feeling you get when you need to eat something

I agree with Enduronman, I had it a few times, when I stopped eating bread, and exercised like crazy, it feels like anxiety, the feeling is awful..

Yes Dahl,..common. Because, our brains use carbs differently than "normal" peoples brains...:)

Oh! That makes sense.. I've cut bread out conpletly.. Don't eat many carbs.. My lunch is broccoli, beef mince, mushroom,
Onion, garlic.. Not cooked with oil.. Only with lemon juice.. Straight from the lemon..I have a wrap, multigrain wrap, chicken, lettuce and a tiny bit of mayo.. Is my dinner, breaky, I have 3 weetbix with soy milk and natural honey and banana. And snacking is fruit or nuts, almonds usually. And that's me.. Everyday haha

I eat chicken.. And multigrain wraps.. And almonds? They all have protein

I eat alot of mango in mango season, sometimes Ijabe weetbix AND a mango for breaky I'm crazy' haha aww thanks Jesse, nothing to admire, since I have cut off my coffee and energy drink addiction.. I've found coke.. I drink a 600ml a day.. But that's my sugar intake.. Opps haha
