It seems like lights bother me and even sends me into panic. Any light but it's typically fluorescent lights. I work in Kroger and oh my goodness it's awful. I can hardly see sometimes and it creates a derealization effect or like I'm gonna pass out. I think my vision is going out but I think it's just the light because my vision is great. Any tips to cope?
