Wakeking up with a thumping heart

The last week my anxitey has been bad again
I've had to up my dose of my setraline 50mgs and I'm taking propanol 10mg three times a day
Does anyone else have this every morning ?

I wake up with a thumping heart also and sometimes it even wakes me up..... Scary I know!

Yes I am on beta blockers 10mgs three times a day and setraline 50mg
I've been on beta blockers for years on and off
I've only been on the setraline for about 8 months now,as you know I got intrusive thoughts and it scared the hell out of me as I've never had anything like that ever in my life.
I was cutting down on the setraline and I was only taking a quarter of a tablet because I felt fab
And then bam the thoughts come back and I'm anxious all the time :(
