Bad 5 mins today....

Hi guys :)
So was walking around the shops, just had lunch and bam felt dizzy. My chest then went funny, I had to get home..as I was in the taxi I was feeling suffocating n really scared of dying I didn't know whether to say ER or my home address...once home feeling some what calmer, in bed writing this.. .. just sharing... Really does my head in at times..
