Well today my friend had her baby shower and I couldn't miss it because I am the god mother! I really don't like leaving my house or driving because I then had plenty of panic attacks while I was driving so I don't like driving now I was anxious all the way driving and then I didn't eat because I didn't want to have chest pains because I have GERD. I drive home and I felt like 2 panic attacks coming on but I just had to relax and calm down! My friend and sister was talking about heart attacks in the car and dying which made me have more anxiety! Now it's late and I am not feeling good at all :-(
