I'm on a bus going to my g/f's place and i feel an attack coming on.

I know it's from me focusing on my chest and heartbeat. Of course I'm thinking of nothing but the worst as well.

Was hoping for some calming words or reassurance.

I hate this.

The "it" wants you to freak out and panic...

Ignore "it" and "it" will leave you alone because you're not feeding "it"....

Then we talk about how to make Mr. "IT" leave you the he** alone in the future...

Deep breath, slow exhales,....continue until you calm.

You are absolutely fine, nothing is wrong with your body and you are in perfect health.

Hi ya :) I know the feelings are scary but no matter how bad they get they will not harm you in any way,your not going to pass out,your not going to die,your not going to have a heart attack,no one has ever died from
A panic attack ever,no you won't be the first so get that out of your head to :)
