I've never had it personally, but I've heard several people talk about the same thing.

All but one were young girls, so maybe it's a theme? I'd ask them to post, but they don't use the forum anymore sadly.

Yea I exercise fine..... I get a little anxiety but not much

I would think a few people would like to go this way. Do not worry too much, when you learn to trust your partner it will go away.

I get it too, mine is my thoughts.. I'm pretty insecure so it's that.. My thought process that's sets me off

I have been married to my hubby for 15 years and still get anxious when I think about sex with him. My mind wants to please him, but my body is like....NO! I lose all desire....my poor hubby.....I just conjure up the strength, so that I can satisfy him....it's frustrating!!

Anxiety does not go well with sex, but when you have sex , the serotonin is released, and actually you get the relieve. Young ladies use it if you can:)))) There is not better relieve than sex, with your husband of course :)))
