Hi all,

Hope all is well. I have trouble with anxiety the most in the AM, and some days it takes my body awhile (multiple hours) to "settle in" and for me to start functioning normally. This is especially true for days in the winter, where I have to get up and shovel snow. My body feels weak, my anxiety rushes in, and I find it difficult to elevate my heart rate without feeling like I am going to die. I was out this morning, and it is extremely cold out, I was out for a short time but started feeling very disoriented and went inside. Any tips/hints out there to help with morning issues? Thanks guys/gals!
