By far the most likely explanation of any symptoms you are experiencing is hypochondria.

Are you saying you've got "hardening of the arteries?" or that you're just generally worried about heart problems?

At your age the likelyhood of developing heart problems is very low unless you have family who have had extensive heart problems at a young age.

I wouldn't worry about it.

Hi hopeful

If it makes you feel any better, I am 37, I smoke like a chimney and drink like a fish.

My chances of having a heart-attack in the next 10 years are 4% apparently.

Obviously I don't condone my lifestyle and, heaven forbid, I might be one of the 4% but you have a few years on me.
