How long have you been experiencing anxiety, as you stay it is getting worse with age?

I have had mild anxiety, since I was 18. I am 35 now and the anxiety is much worse. I have had two attacks in the past month that have put me in the hospital. 1st time my blood pressure went up 210 over 115. Second time I was left on the floor tingling all over and couldn't move. I have had a complete work up and my heart is good my brain is fine. I just have these attacks that are uncontrollable, I am currently taking paxil, and xanax.

My bp at the hospital goes through the roof too. My doc told me that it's normal. It happens to a lot of people. Hope that helps some.
