job and anxiety

Today, I started a job; I have not worked for so long, my anxiety is right through the window. As hard as it is, I will not give up. Anyone else with anxiety and job tied together? Let me know. Alita

I think work and starting a new job can definitely elivate your anxiety levels. Try if possible to setip a relaxing home environment or as much as is practical for you. Try and leave the daily stress at work.

When i started my new job i had to sit in the same room for a day with the guy whose job i was taking..awkward much?

Hi Alita,

I totally get anxiety and starting a job. Everything seems difficult at first. What helped me: writing things down (instructions and such) on a little pad so that I would remember things.
