I just drank my first cup of holy basil tea and felt a bit groggy and light headed. Anyone else feel this way. Turns out that the tea can lower your blood sugar. Good thing I drank it with lunch, but I still ate a piece of candy. Anyone have a good experience with holy basil tea? Did it help?
