Yes...

You somehow MUST take the focus off of that tiny little tablet. Family time, friend time, movie time, book time, writing, typing, anything to take your focus off of that tablet...your mind is self-creating all this panic, sweating, anxiety,..and it WILL help you to move forward.

I'm proud of you for trying and we're all proud of you because of this effort to pull yourself out of this!! :)

I can't take them I can't put myself through that again. I have been taking tablets for ages and that doesn't scare me bt the feeling that one gave me wasn't controllable my body froze n I couldn't control it.

That to me is not how u treat anxiety because it makes it worse :/. And covers it up.

And since that tablet I'm on edge and feel scared more than I did before I took them

My anxiety skyrocketed, but it has since settled to more manageable levels. I think you need to ride it out. Good luck:)

And covers it up.

Covering something up doesn't hurt. Plasters don't cause pain. Only changing things does, and that's what the meds doing.

Your doctor must think your anxiety is quite severe and in need of quick relief to start you straight on 20mg... That's very rare with anxiety

I asked for them and he didn't really want to give me them. I couldn't work on them and iv lost so much money as it is. My anxiety is manageable but lately iv been suffering with my stomach which I have caused by stress :(. I asked for a small dose to help me through short term but every one been saying he's given me a high dose.

That was asking to happen. 20mgs with a bad stomach, and a stressed mental state... Silly.

10mg MAX if you decide to try again

So was that a bad amount to start with then?

Yerp :-/ your stomach is too fragile to handle 20mg right off the bat. Your mind too even - given the stress of the pain.

Same thing happened to me, I started on 20mgs and had a torturous night. It was like hell. Seeing this thread made me relive it a little actually.

Ye I have a terribly stressed stomach and my anxiety isn't helping so I find I go round n round in circles

I didn't like the doctor I saw he told me pretty much I had to help myself there was nothing they could do which is why I asked for the tablets
