Sharp pains by heart and ribs

Hey guys does anyone gets sharp pains that come and go by the heart and ribs?

I get those pains. I know it is not my heart because I have been thoroughly checked out. From what I have noticed it is mostly caused by my posture. I work on a computer all day and I hunch over alot which causes tension in my trapezius which is your should, neck and upper back muscle. What I have done is I bought a foam roller which you can buy at your local walmart. I lay on the foam roller and extend my arms out for 10 minutes. It feels so great. Hope you feel better

I know exactly how you feel. Then your mind takes over and you think you are going to die. The stretching exercise works so well and feel so good.

Yea it does lol its crazy...plus 5 days ago i went into a AFIB that scared the crap out of me omg it was crazy!!! So thats the name foam roller?
