Been taken off sertraline as an hour after takin the tablet i would get chest pain :( the doctor as now put me on 20mg fluoextine is it ok to just stop 50mg sertraline and take the new medication?

Most docs dont care about tapering from one SSRI to another. I always think one day is a good balance though.
