Going to doctors wish me luck

I have just got up and am going the doctors for 9am about my anxiety thats just started playing up,am fed up with it,i feel my heart beating fast all the time,eapecially when am stood up and doin stuff,i sat down then and took my bp and it was 100/60 pulse 100 is anybodys faster than that??

Good luck! My pulse is usually around 80, BP at doctors two weeks ago was 114/80.

Hiya well I was so anxious going to docs that when I was waiting to get called in my heart started going faster and I panicked inside not out so I had to walk out and come back in and then I sat outside docs room but as soon as I went in I said I was having a panic attack but once I started talking I calmed down,she said the ECG I had and bloods were fine so she listened to my heart and said fine and referred me for CBT and said there are only really tablets like diazepam or beta blockers but like I said a cardiologist said if you haven't got anything wrong with your heart try not to take them so I think I wud prefer to try my best without them and gave me a sick note for a week

Oh a weeks sick note. That's plenty of time to resolve your anxiety *rolls eyes sarcastically at doctor* :)
