Hey does anyone go thru this like if your not thinking about anxiety and your moving around do things working out an then out of no where you feel like your heart stops then goes back to normal like everyday? Anyone ? So scary

Yes, this has happened to me. It is probably a palpitation. It might be just spurious and random. Consult with your doctor about it and discuss whether you should have it investigated further. Your doctor should know additional questions to ask you to see if further testing is warranted.

I was in the hospital the other day i had afib and i been having those paps until it finally had me a fast heart beat that was 160 a neat a min..and im scared its gonna happen again
