That's what my Doc told me when I was a fitness freak, and sick all the time. He asked what I ate? I said fish, chicken, veggies, fish, chicken...He said no wonder you're sick all the time! He said I needed to take (1) day a week and eat whatever I wanted, for "beneficial" substances, bacteria, fats, etc, that I was avoiding to get fit...I was an idiot! Gotta junk it up once, a week...I had pizza on Fridays...

ahhh,...when you fry white potatos, the blackened and or browned parts of them become even more toxic dear...and potato chips are cooked in 100% bad fat oils, I can't eat them but I wish I could!! WAAHHH!!!.....:)
