Hi all,
Well with xmas, birthdays, and holiday season, it is enough to deal with added anxiety. Having guests staying with you at this time of year can be extra that was not counted for. My anxiety is higher than ever, as I feel added pressure to always do and always do right. Right now focusing on the holidays, one day at a time and looking forward to a quiet new year. Anyone else feel like me? Alita
