I just feel like..... BLAH. Does that make sense? LOL..... Like anxious in my chest.... Not panicking... Maybe stress from the holidays?? I don't know just annoying and wanted to write about it I guess.... I'm on antibiotics.... That's probably making me feel weird because I hate taking any extra medication lol..... Anywho merry Christmas!!

Did your potassium help anything stocktona?

Jessed you mean two bananas a day:) Potasium when goes down causes rapid heart beat. Usually goes down when people are on diuretics. Also when someone is suffering from anorexia or bulimia or what worse both mixed....

Yes Jess I finished the potassium and take uh.... I think it's citracal now.... Magnesium, calcium, and d3. So I've been good there! But I've been feeling all panicky because I have an ear infection which makes me dizzy. So instead of being normal I'm like OHHHHH MAN!!! But it's much better now been on antibiotics about 5 days. I just don't like them! Merry Christmas to you all!!! :)
